Sweeten the Pot
An awesome fundraising opportunity for schools, churches, nonprofits and organizations. You do the inviting and we’ll take care of everything else. There’s no selling, no out-of-pocket expense and no sweating it out at a car wash. Its stress-free fundraising made simple.
How It Works:
Interested parties will contact 2 1/2 Cups to sign up for their fundraising time slot.
2 1/2 Cups provides the participating group with a personalized certificate specific to their event.
The participating group is responsible for making copies of the certificate and handing out to people of their choice.
Participating groups will encourage their members to purchase treats from 2 1/2 Cups during their designated fundraising time frame.
The certificate is used when its bearer makes a purchase at 2 1/2 Cups, whether it be a dine-in, carry out or custom order. Custom orders placed and paid for during the fundraiser must be scheduled and picked up within 30 days from the last day of the fundraiser.
2 1/2 Cups keeps track of and records sales of each certificate.
At the end of the fundraising week, 2 1/2 Cups will add up all certificate sales.
Participating groups will earn 15% of total sales.
Super Saturday Special
Great for organizations, churches, schools and other groups. Participants have an opportunity to purchase all remaining products from our main service case at 6pm on Saturdays. Participants only pay $.50 per item up to 150 items - anything over 150 items is donated to the participating group. Participant must take all product left in main service case. Products include but not limited to: muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, cookies and cupcakes.
